WDAY Meteorologist Alludes To Fargo’s Real Flood Problem

If the pro-diversion ilk truly believes that distributed retention doesn’t work, then remove all dams upstream of Fargo and increase the sizing of all culverts to prevent any water from being held back and let the water decide where it should be.

Fargo Diversion Authority spent another $ 31,159,075.33 from December 31, 2016 to January 31, 2017. 1/4.5 th (22.54 percent) of the original projected cost and they haven’t even started on the actual main project. The Fargo Diversion Authority has pumped over $89.5 million into OHB ring-dike-levee and private country club, which provides ZERO FLOOD PROTECTION BENEFIT TO FARGO, all courtesy of state and local taxpayers.
